PressLock grating products produced from carbon steel.  These products are suitable for applications in the material handling market including mezzanines, pallet rack decking and shelving.  These products are very versatile and can be used in the architectural market as well for applications including fencing, grilles, screens and handrail infill.

On our computer controlled production lines, the bearing bars are notched and then locked with the cross bar at very high pressures

The cross bar is inserted in the notches of the bearing bar and pres locked into a stable structure at a force of 500 tons.

This particular production method guarantees a uniform precision mesh size.
